Join Basenine as a Visual Design intern, working remotely to craft distinct brand identities tailored for B2B tech clients. You'll assist in rebranding initiatives encompassing logos, typography, color palettes, and the overarching visual language. Your role will include developing visual systems adaptable to websites, marketing materials, and product imagery, while working closely with strategy and copywriting teams to translate messages into compelling visual narratives.
You'll also design website elements and product illustrations for promotional platforms, create motion graphics and micro-interactions for web and social content, and employ AI tools to optimize design processes such as concept development and production support. Additionally, you'll contribute to evolving design systems and brand guidelines.

Portfolio Criteria
- Submission of a portfolio is mandatory.
- A personal portfolio website showcasing exemplary work, design rationale, and versatility is highly preferred.
- Applications solely linking to Behance, Google Drive, or individual files may be deprioritized.
- Portfolio content should ideally include website or landing page designs, brand identity or rebranding projects, visual systems, typography and layouts, as well as relevant illustrations, graphics, or motion pieces.
- Emphasis will be on the visual quality and taste of the work rather than quantity.
Internship Details
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.
- Flexible work hours over a five-day workweek.
- Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation provided.
- Successful interns may receive job offers with an annual salary potential from ₹500,000 to ₹850,000 upon conversion to permanent roles.
