Virtual Hospitality Operations Manager Internship (Work From Home, Part-Time)

Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in hospitality operations remotely. You will engage in supporting daily coordination, communication, administrative functions, and operational procedures. Proficiency in computer applications and strong command of spoken and written English are vital to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, property staff, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and coordination of virtual hospitality operations.
• Facilitate efficient team communication and coordination.
• Learn and work with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) to support front-desk and property operations.
• Support business owners and senior management by handling daily schedules, tasks, and administrative follow-ups.
• Coordinate with general managers and hotel property teams across various locations.
• Utilize computer skills to optimize workflows and enhance operational productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Oversee email management to maintain timely and effective communications.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operational procedures.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be able to work remotely from home.
• Availability to work from 6:30 PM to 1:30 AM Indian Standard Time, aligning with the company's 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
• Available to start between August 23, 2026, and September 27, 2026.
• Commitment of six months to the internship period.
• Possess relevant skills and interest in hospitality operations.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Quick learner capable of adapting swiftly to new systems, workflows, and procedures.
• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• High digital and computer literacy, including proficiency with email, internet browsing, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with hotel managers, clients, and internal teams.
• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and eagerness to learn hotel operations.
• No previous hotel experience is necessary.

Stipend and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 24,500. Additional benefits include a certificate of internship completion, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
