This internship offers a chance to engage in on-the-ground video content creation by interviewing young adults and students in informal settings such as campuses and cafes. The role involves generating high-quality vertical video clips using smartphones or cameras, focusing on candid and natural conversations rather than scripted content. Interns will brainstorm creative questions and scenarios optimized for social media formats like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, as well as produce edited, engaging short videos featuring captions, music, and transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with young individuals in public areas to conduct informal interviews on topics like hobbies and friendships.
- Utilize creative prompts to facilitate spontaneous, lively conversations.
- Capture clear, well-lit vertical videos (9:16) with good audio quality using available recording devices.
- Highlight genuine reactions and stories, avoiding rehearsed responses.
- Develop innovative interview questions and content ideas tailored for short-form social platforms.
- Organize and submit unedited footage regularly for team review.
- Edit clips into polished reels and shorts, integrating captions, sound, and narrative flow.
- Collaborate remotely with the creative team to incorporate feedback and ensure consistency of output.
Candidate Eligibility
- Available to work from home for the entire 3-month period.
- Can commence the internship between October 14 and November 18, 2026.
- Possess relevant interests and skills pertaining to video creation and interpersonal communication.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹3,000.
- Additional performance bonuses for approved video content exceeding monthly targets, especially for candidates skilled in video editing.
- Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.

Additional Requirements
- As part of the selection, candidates must submit a 30–45 second mock street interview video showcasing their interviewing techniques, spontaneity, communication ability, and camera work using a smartphone. The interviewee's consent is mandatory.
- Prior professional experience is not mandatory; creativity, confidence, and communication skills are prioritized.
