About the Role

Wah Films, a creative production firm specializing in ad films and digital content for brands through real product shoots and innovative storytelling with Gen AI, is seeking video editing interns to join their Mumbai office for a 3-month full-time internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos matching provided scripts and Hindi voice-overs.
• Support Gen AI video creation processes.
• Add music tracks and sound effects from company libraries.
• Implement basic color grading to maintain video consistency.
• Incorporate branding elements, graphics, and on-screen text into videos.
• Swap voice-overs in multiple languages as supplied.
• Produce videos in various aspect ratios suitable for social media platforms.
• Export final videos and revise cuts according to client or team feedback.
• Ensure timely completion of editing tasks within a fast-paced creative environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available to work full-time onsite in Mumbai for the entire 3-month period.
• Should be ready to commence the internship between August 31, 2026, and October 5, 2026.
• Must possess personal laptops for use during the internship.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
• Prior experience editing short-form videos, reels, or similar projects is preferred.
• Efficient and speedy work ethic is essential.
• Strong passion for video editing and filmmaking, with a view toward long-term career opportunities.
• Ability to create graphic elements using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with basic motion graphics and supporting Gen AI content production.
• Familiarity with camera operations and assisting on small product shoots is advantageous.

Internship Details and Perks

• Monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
• Letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Potential job offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹275,000 to ₹300,000 after conversion to permanent employee.
