Internship Overview and Responsibilities

This internship involves transforming raw video footage into polished, engaging, and professional-quality content. Responsibilities include creating videos tailored for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms. You will add music, sound effects, transitions, titles, subtitles, and visual enhancements, alongside performing tasks such as color correction, grading, and audio improvement. The role requires producing diverse video formats including reels, short clips, promotional pieces, and longer content.

Interns will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to grasp project needs, apply feedback effectively, revise outputs accordingly, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Managing and organizing digital assets and project files also forms part of the duties.

Applicant Eligibility

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, onsite internship.
• The internship duration is six months, starting between October 26, 2026, and November 30, 2026.
• Applicants must be based in Bangalore.
• Relevant skills and an interest in video production are required.

Required Skills and Capabilities

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for editing.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is advantageous.
• Understanding of video editing techniques such as transitions, color grading, and sound design.
• Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions essential for multiple platforms.
• Demonstrated creativity with a keen eye for visual storytelling and detail.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to timelines.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior video editing work is preferred.

Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 15,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and a casual dress code.
