We are looking for a creative and driven video editing and production intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on diverse projects across various industries, contributing to impactful visual storytelling that enhances our clients' marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and account manager to fully grasp project goals and specifications.
- Edit and piece together raw video footage into seamless, polished outputs that align with the brand's identity and messaging.
- Incorporate transitions, visual effects, graphical elements, and animations to elevate video quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative video concepts alongside team members.
- Maintain consistency and superior quality standards across all video content created.
- Keep abreast of current trends and industry best practices to inject fresh ideas.
- Organize and manage video assets to ensure an efficient workflow throughout the production process.
- Support post-production tasks, including color grading, audio refinement, and final video rendering.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- A portfolio showcasing prior video editing projects is highly advantageous.

- Strong visual storytelling ability, good sense of composition, and attention to detail are critical.
- Basic knowledge of sound design, audio editing, motion graphics, and visual effects is a plus.

Compensation and Perks
- The monthly stipend is ₹15,000, consisting of ₹10,000 fixed pay and ₹5,000 incentive pay.
- Successful interns may receive a formal offer to join as permanent employees at an expected annual salary of ₹250,000.
