Join a women-first startup dedicated to creating a safe, empowering community platform exclusively for women. The startup is focused on fostering meaningful conversations, protecting user privacy, and supporting women through innovative tech solutions. As part of our growing podcast and women-centric community, we are looking for a creative and passionate individual to help expand our short-form video content across Instagram and YouTube.
Role and Responsibilities
- Produce engaging short-form videos from podcast episodes tailored for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Film and edit original trending reel content based on up-to-date social media trends.
- Enhance videos with subtitles, text overlays, hooks, smooth transitions, and music to maximize viewer engagement.
- Support editing of long-form podcast videos.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage at the office and during community events.
- Photograph and record videos at live community gatherings.
- Conduct brief on-site interviews with event participants to generate social media content.
- Create straightforward posters and visuals using Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Compose concise, appealing captions for Instagram posts and reels.

- Availability for a full-time (in-office) internship lasting six months starting between 26th August 2026 and 30th September 2026.
