About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in user interface and experience design within a dynamic creative design studio. Interns will collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather user needs and translate them into engaging, intuitive digital designs. Duties include crafting storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and user interface graphics while developing low to high fidelity prototypes. Interns will also troubleshoot user experience issues, incorporate feedback, and maintain consistent style guidelines across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements.
- Create visual design elements such as storyboards, sitemaps, and UI graphics.
- Develop navigation features including buttons and search interfaces.
- Produce prototypes and mock-ups demonstrating functionality and aesthetics.
- Present design drafts to internal stakeholders for feedback.
- Analyze and resolve UX challenges like user flow issues and churn factors.
- Adjust layouts based on user insights while adhering to design standards.
Candidate Profile
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles including usability, visual hierarchy, spacing, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design applications.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a keen visual aesthetic sense.
- Ability to approach design from a user-centric perspective.
- Effective communication skills for clearly articulating design rationales.
- Open-mindedness towards feedback with eagerness to iterate designs swiftly.

Internship Details
