Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of electrical tasks at construction sites.
- Oversee daily activities and manage onsite workforce.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all site work complies with electrical schematics, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate daily progress updates and site records.
- Assist with material planning, quantity verification, and stock monitoring.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols throughout all operations.
- Gain knowledge in project scheduling, measurement for billing, and managing execution phases.
Eligibility Criteria
- Available for a full-time internship based onsite in Bangalore lasting 6 months, starting between July 14 and August 18, 2026.
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience.
- Possess good communication and coordination capabilities.
- Basic familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and electrical design drawings is advantageous.
- Positive outlook and eagerness to learn in a dynamic construction site setting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 40,000, which includes a fixed component (INR 20,000-30,000) plus performance incentives (INR 5,000-10,000).
- Certificate of internship completion and letter of recommendation provided.
- Opportunity for a job offer post internship with a projected annual salary between INR 240,000 and INR 300,000.
- Casual dress code to suit the onsite environment.
