Internship Overview
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to engage with live entertainment events by partnering with event organizers and activity providers across India. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, supporting regular and festival events, and coordinating event listings to ensure a seamless experience for both partners and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bring onboard new event organizers and activity collaborators nationwide.
- Provide ongoing support to regional event organizers for routine and special events.
- Assist event partners in efficiently listing their events through a DIY onboarding system.
- Address client inquiries and complaints calmly with a focus on solutions.
- Own the management of assigned event accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event listings with promotions and marketing efforts.
- Serve as a primary liaison to foster exceptional experiences for partners and users alike.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be from the Noida area, available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, and able to commence between September 16 and October 21, 2026. Ideal candidates possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in the live entertainment domain.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills for drafting correspondence and interacting with clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and execute responsibilities efficiently.
- Comfortable performing simple calculations such as discounts, percentages, and pricing.
