About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship involves daily engagement with government tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and relevant state government sites to identify tenders aligned with the company's product offerings, which are then tracked systematically. The intern will analyze tender documents, extracting and summarizing critical details such as eligibility criteria, submission deadlines, Earnest Money Deposit conditions, and necessary paperwork.
Additionally, the role includes organizing all bid-related documents like certificates, declarations, prior purchase orders, and product data sheets. The intern will contribute to preparing technical compliance documentation and assist in uploading the required materials for bidding. They will monitor bid submission statuses, track corrigenda, and adhere strictly to timelines to ensure punctual submissions. Maintaining and updating the company’s product catalogue on the GeM platform will also be part of the responsibilities.

Graduates or final-year students, preferably from B.Com, BBA, MBA, or B.Tech streams, are encouraged to apply. Attention to detail and comfort with managing extensive documentation are important. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong written communication skills in both English and Hindi are expected. Prior experience with GeM or tender processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from ₹5500 to ₹13000, composed of a fixed portion between ₹5000 and ₹10000 and incentive pay from ₹500 to ₹3000 monthly. Incentives include ₹300 for each bid that passes technical evaluation and bonuses from ₹2000 to ₹10000 for tenders sourced by the intern that are successfully won. Exceptional performers may be offered full-time employment as Tender Executives.
