About the Internship
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in telemarketing within the cybersecurity sector. As an intern, you will be tasked with reaching out to prospective contacts through outbound calls, sharing information about CyberFrat's events, workshops, and community initiatives, and inviting them to participate. You will also be responsible for managing call records and updating lead information in the CRM system, following up with interested leads to facilitate their involvement, and gathering feedback to enhance outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to potential leads sourced from the company database.
- Clearly communicate event specifics and confidently address queries during calls.
- Log call details and update lead statuses using the CRM platform.
- Engage in follow-up communications to convert potential leads into event participants or community members.
- Collect and report feedback from calls to assist in refining marketing strategies.

Candidate Eligibility

Compensation and Perks
