Dhruvi Mavani, a company specializing in the export of premium Isabgul and Jeera, invites enthusiastic individuals to join as Telecalling interns at our Surat location. This opportunity involves engaging with potential clients to generate leads, maintaining client databases, and aiding in customer acquisition efforts. Candidates with strong communication abilities, proficiency in English (spoken and written), and skills in MS Excel are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote company products and services.
- Maintain and update lead databases, following up with potential customers to convert prospects into confirmed sales.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support customer acquisition by responding to inquiries and providing detailed product information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed set sales targets, contributing to business expansion.
- Accurately record client interactions and sales activities using MS Excel.
- Engage in training and feedback sessions aimed at enhancing communication and sales effectiveness.
