Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to both prospective and warm leads to present and promote the company's products or services.
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer queries by delivering relevant information, addressing concerns, and assisting with pricing details and basic problem-solving.
• Skillfully promote products or services, handle objections effectively, and aim to convert leads into sales or set up appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer data, call records, and customer feedback within the company's CRM platform.
• Consistently achieve or surpass daily and monthly goals related to call quotas, lead generation, and sales results.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Can commence the internship between October 21, 2026, and November 25, 2026.
• Should commit to a 6-month internship duration.
• Must possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.

Additional Details

• Number of openings: 20.
• Work schedule: 5 working days per week.
• Locations include Bhubaneswar, Puri, Hyderabad, Sikandrabad, Raipur, Bangalore, and Bhilai.
• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
