Responsibilities
- Conduct outgoing calls to potential clients promoting PixieStays’ luxury short-term rental properties.
- Respond to incoming calls from existing customers to resolve queries and provide assistance.
- Accurately document all customer interactions using MS Excel for reference and follow-up.
- Support database management by updating customer information regularly.
- Work alongside the sales team to pursue leads and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service tailored to individual needs.
- Engage in team discussions and participate in training to boost telecalling capabilities.
