Internship Role and Responsibilities
This Telecalling internship involves supporting outreach and promotional campaigns to engage potential donors and partners. The day-to-day tasks include:
- Making outbound calls to raise awareness and generate interest in WFI's programs.
- Delivering clear and engaging information regarding services and initiatives.
- Maintaining and updating a contact database for future communications after follow-ups.
- Responding professionally to inquiries and managing grievances courteously.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance call scripts and strategies.
- Striving to meet weekly targets related to call volumes and conversion rates aligned with fundraising objectives.
- Attending training sessions aimed at improving communication prowess and product knowledge.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for the remote internship.
- Must be able to commence the internship anytime between October 23, 2026, and November 27, 2026.
- Availability for a 1-month duration is required.
