Software Engineering Intern/ Werkstudent / API Integrations

About us

Atrya is a regulated European payments company building faster and more cost-efficient cross-border payment infrastructure. We connect stablecoin rails with traditional banking, ERP and accounting systems to simplify global payments for businesses.

The role

We're looking for a proactive Developer Intern to build and maintain integrations between Atrya and ERP, accounting, banking and payment platforms using APIs such as Maesn, or similar providers.

• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON and webhooks
• Independent, pragmatic and eager to learn
• Interest in fintech, payments and financial infrastructure

• Currently studying computer science, fintech, business informatics, or similar — or recently graduated
• Can write code: comfortable with APIs, HTTP requests, basic scripting (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
• Genuinely curious about payments, and fintech regulation — not just checking a box
• Proactive by default: you see something interesting, you dig in and share it before anyone asks
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Based in Berlin
• Bonus: experience with blockchain/stablecoins, MCP, or fintech regulation

• Direct access to the founding team — your work shapes product and strategy decisions

• Flexible hours (Werkstudent: 15-20h/week, Praktikum: full-time for 3-6 months)
