Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to students' live questions relating to physical chemistry concepts and problems.
- Create legible, detailed solutions using blue or black ink on blank white paper, then digitize and submit them on the designated tutor application.
- Ensure solutions are comprehensive and understandable to an average student, maintaining clarity and stepwise logic.
- Maintain academic integrity by providing original content with zero plagiarism.
- Commit to dedicating around 1 to 2 hours daily to support learners.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Current or recent chemistry degree holder or possessing pertinent teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of core physical chemistry topics: atomic structure, thermochemistry, chemical bonding, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, S/P/D/F-block elements, and functional groups like aldehydes, ketones, and carboxylic acids.
- Comfortable working hours primarily between 8 PM and 10 AM (IST).
