Responsibilities
- Test existing products to locate defects and shortcomings.
- Propose practical solutions for product-related issues.
- Analyze product quality aiming to boost customer satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee the quality assurance strategy and planning.
- Work closely with product development teams to maintain consistent execution.
- Detect and address bottlenecks in quality assurance workflows.
- Manage ongoing projects for continuous quality improvement.
- Gather and analyze quality-related data.
- Define important KPIs to monitor product quality.
- Compile and deliver progress reports and metrics to senior leadership.
