About the Internship

Hird invites applications for a Social Media Marketing internship based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. As part of this role, interns will create engaging social media content, help manage content calendars, and monitor platform trends to support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, creatives, carousels, and stories using Canva.
• Edit short videos and social media reels leveraging tools like Canva, CapCut, and VN.
• Support the planning and upkeep of weekly and monthly content schedules.
• Conduct research on the latest social media trends and content ideas.
• Contribute to the development of captions, content ideas, and creative campaigns.
• Maintain orderly records, trackers, and databases related to social media activities.
• Organize creative materials, content assets, and promotional items.
• Assist with scheduling and publishing content on various social platforms.
• Manage routine day-to-day social media operations.
• Track basic performance metrics of posted content and update reporting logs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion and publication of content.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time in-office internship in Indore.
• Internship should commence between September 15, 2026, and October 20, 2026.
• Availability for the complete duration of 2 months is required.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in social media marketing.

Other Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of major social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphical content creation.
• Basic skills in video editing.
• Awareness of social media content trends and formats.
• Ability to maintain organized records using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable managing content calendars and organization of assets.
