This internship involves managing and expanding social media presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. The intern will create various promotional materials such as posts, stories, reels, and updates designed to engage audiences and generate business leads. Key tasks include responding to enquiries, running WhatsApp campaigns, maintaining lead records, and working collaboratively with the team on promotions and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily social media activities across multiple platforms.
- Develop and publish engaging promotional content to attract attention and interest.
- Handle communications including promotional messages, enquiries, and responses to potential customers.
- Drive lead generation efforts by utilizing social media channels effectively.
- Execute and manage advertising campaigns on WhatsApp.
- Track and follow up on leads, keeping detailed basic records.
- Distribute promotional material to appropriate prospects and customer segments.
- Spot and implement fresh social media trends and innovative marketing tactics.
- Monitor and report engagement metrics, enquiries, and leads resulting from campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding offers, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and share simple daily and weekly summaries regarding social media performance and lead generation activities.

- Must be available for a full-time, office-based internship in Bangalore.
