Social Media Marketing Internship at Minimalist

About the Internship

The intern will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing Minimalist's existing social media presence by revising content pillars, visual branding, posting schedule, and tone. You will develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with the brand’s dermatologist-first identity, overseeing creative production including reels, carousels, stories, and trending posts. Daily community engagement management including replies to comments and DMs is required, ensuring a consistent and brand-aligned voice. The role also involves monitoring organic metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and shares to optimize content strategies. Staying current with platform trends and implementing them swiftly is essential. Coordination with the Influencer Marketing team to select and share approved creator content on brand channels will be part of the duties, alongside participating in regular planning meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Jaipur for 3 months starting between September 9 and October 14, 2026.
• Should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for social media marketing.
• Preferably an active content creator with a personal account or portfolio and experience in shooting or editing content.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of impactful social media content that effectively attracts attention.
• Ability to independently manage a content calendar and pipeline.
• Excellent writing skills with sharp, brand-consistent captions and community responses.

Additional Details

• Stipend: INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
• Work schedule: 5 days per week with an informal dress code.
• Certification will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.
