About the Internship

This is a part-time internship based onsite at Oytra's office, conveniently located within walking distance of Marol Metro Station in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Oytra is a rapidly expanding Indian brand specializing in art supplies, including polymer clay, art resin, and high-quality paints and brushes. Our polymer clay is ideal for crafting toys and jewelry, while our resins are recognized as some of the best available in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and engage with influencers to establish barter collaborations.
• Manage and successfully execute these collaborations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with collaborators to foster good relationships.
• Accurately document and update collaboration details and progress in spreadsheets.
• Enter confirmed barter collaboration orders into the designated order tracking sheets.
• Coordinate closely with the Packing Team to ensure high-quality orders are sent to influencers.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a part-time internship.
• Can commence internship between October 1, 2026, and November 5, 2026.
• Must commit to a 3-month duration.
• Should be residing in Mumbai.
• Possess relevant skills and interests related to the role.

Other Requirements

• Daily travel to the office for 5 days a week, including alternate Saturdays.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 and incentive pay between ₹1,000 to ₹2,000.
• Certificate of completion.
• Letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
• Flexible working hours with an informal dress code.
• Work schedule of 5 days per week.
