Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience in social media marketing within the self-development and life coaching sector, primarily focusing on empowering women using the law of attraction principles. The role involves managing social media platforms, client communications, and assisting with various content and administrative tasks to support daily business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Handle direct messages, comments, and inquiries with professionalism to engage the online community and clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with current and potential clients through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Manage the booking of coaching sessions, discovery calls, workshops, and appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate session reminders, rescheduling, and confirmations with clients.
• Support content strategy including caption creation, hashtag research, and content calendar upkeep.
• Maintain records by tracking leads and updating CRM or spreadsheets.
• Assist with routine administrative activities ensuring smooth communication between the coach and clients.
• Collaborate with the team on podcast recordings, workshops, and promotional social media campaigns as needed.
• Take on other communication and client management duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be available for a full-time in-office internship in Mumbai.
• Available to start anytime between October 26, 2026 and November 30, 2026.
• Commitment to the full three-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in social media marketing and client interaction.
