About the Internship
This role entails managing influencer collaborations and executing social media marketing initiatives to increase brand engagement and product awareness. You will identify and liaise with influencers and user-generated content creators across platforms like Instagram and YouTube, oversee campaign operations including scheduling and logistics, coordinate with creative teams for campaign execution, monitor trending topics and nurture the brand's online community, and track campaign effectiveness through performance reports and database maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and connect with targeted influencers and UGC creators on digital channels.
- Handle all campaign-related operations such as timelines, product shipments, and content approvals.
- Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to implement social media campaigns and launches efficiently.
- Research viral trends and engage with the community through direct messages and comments.
- Maintain influencer records and prepare analytics reports on campaign outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong skills in written and spoken English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
- Proficiency and active participation on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Fundamental understanding of influencer marketing strategies and social media trends.
- Organizational aptitude for managing multiple campaigns and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Creative thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
Additional Internship Details
