This full-time, onsite internship offers a 6-month opportunity to work closely with the founder and marketing team to produce high-quality content that articulates Manam's premium real estate brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft captivating Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, short-form videos, and social media posts that reflect Manam Living Spaces' unique identity.
• Capture raw vertical videos and photos at various locations including project sites, corporate meetings, and special events.
• Edit short videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, and Canva to ensure polished final content.
• Stay updated on trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms and tailor content formats accordingly.
• Organize and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars to ensure consistent social media delivery.
• Develop engaging Reel covers, captions, hooks, subtitles, hashtags, and Story designs with mentorship guidance.
• Build a structured content library including site footage, drone clips, team videos, testimonials, and approved project data.
• Support founder-generated content by filming, editing, and packaging videos on topics like architecture, lifestyle, community planning, and NRI buyer inquiries.
• Manage audience interaction by monitoring comments and direct messages, routing relevant queries to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies to repurpose top-performing organic content for paid campaigns and performance marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and creative mentors to uphold brand consistency in storytelling and content quality.

Eligibility and Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Hyderabad starting between September 3, 2026 and October 8, 2026, for a duration of 6 months.
• Women aiming to start or relaunch their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should possess relevant social media marketing, content writing, and video editing skills with an active interest in real estate, design, architecture, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• Must be willing to travel locally to shoot content at various project sites and offices.
• Should have a portfolio of at least three original Reels or short-form video content created by themselves.
• Demonstrate strong visual sensibilities including framing, storytelling, color coordination, typography, music, and video pacing.
• Comfortable using smartphones to shoot high-quality videos and possess basic to advanced video editing capabilities.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity in suggesting new content ideas.
• Maintain professionalism in communications with founders, architects, sales staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail regarding accuracy and internal approvals before publishing sensitive real estate information.

Compensation and Benefits

• Stipend ranges from INR 18,000 to 26,000 per month, comprising a fixed pay of INR 15,000 to 20,000 and incentives between INR 3,000 and 6,000 monthly.
• Participants will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
