Internship Responsibilities

• Facilitate individualized sessions addressing child development aspects such as behavior management, remedial learning, sensory integration, social interaction, cognitive functions, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.
• Establish trust and rapport with children, respecting their individual pace.
• Create and implement tailored intervention programs focused on achieving emotional, behavioral, and developmental objectives.
• Work under the guidance of senior psychologists to receive supervision, case discussions, and constructive feedback.
• Develop confidence to independently manage sessions with ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship based in Pune or other listed locations.
• Ability to commence the internship between October 6 and November 10, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship duration.
• Demonstrated interest and skills related to child psychology and development.
• Open to women seeking to start or restart their careers.

Internship Details & Benefits

• Positions available: 10 openings.
• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 6,000 to INR 12,000.
• Internship duration: 6 months.
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, full-time onsite.
• Certificate awarded upon successful completion.
