Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting the Learning & Development team at Justdial Limited, India's leading local search platform. The role involves assisting in planning and executing various employee training initiatives, both in-person and virtual, while contributing to performance monitoring and engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the L&D team to plan and organize training modules such as New Hire Training (NHT), refresher courses, process training, and ad hoc sessions.
- Provide support to trainers during classroom, virtual, and on-site field training activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, Management Information Systems (MIS), trackers, and documentation to evaluate the outcomes and efficiency of training programs.
- Assist in gathering and interpreting training feedback and effectiveness metrics; facilitate training assessments, surveys, and knowledge evaluations.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, workshops, and other L&D projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, starting between August 11, 2026, and September 15, 2026.
- Only candidates residing in Noida are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel and understanding of Database Management Systems.
- An MBA degree is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
- The stipend ranges from INR 8,000 to 15,000 per month during the internship.
- Successful candidates will receive a certificate of internship completion.
- There is a potential job offer upon successful internship completion with an expected annual salary between INR 200,000 and 399,999.
