Join Ralli Realty as a Sales Intern in Bangalore, where you will collaborate with experienced real estate professionals and gain practical exposure to sales tactics, lead generation, and client communication in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Understand the real estate market in Bangalore covering key micro-markets, property segments, and developer profiles.
- Engage with potential clients by contacting and assessing leads provided by the organization.
- Provide detailed explanations about projects, including location benefits and investment opportunities.
- Keep precise documentation of all client conversations and feedback.
- Organize and facilitate client visits to real estate projects, ensuring smooth interaction among clients, sales personnel, and project stakeholders.
- Follow up after site visits to record client feedback and determine future steps.
- Support senior sales executives with daily tasks including maintaining CRM or Excel-based tracking of leads and visit results.
- Participate actively in weekly review meetings and learning sessions.

Stipend and Benefits
