Research Analyst Internship

About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to serve as the primary contact for members of Konnifel throughout their research engagement. It involves guiding new members from onboarding through to securing research placements, ensuring continuous communication and professional resolution of member issues. The intern will facilitate interview coordination between research partners and members, monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare operational reports to enhance workflow and stakeholder experience.

Additional duties include collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, supporting office administration such as attendance and payroll coordination, maintaining compliance documentation, and fostering strong long-term relationships within the research community.

Who Can Apply

• Individuals available for a full-time, in-office internship
• Candidates able to start between October 27 and December 1, 2026

Stipend and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000
• Informal dress code
• Potential job offer with annual salary ranging between ₹300,000 and ₹400,000 upon successful conversion
