Join Stratnova Technologies as a Customer Service and Support Intern working remotely from Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with users to gather insights on issues and feedback, aiming to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and improve reputation by overseeing platform reviews, devising tactics to enhance app ratings, and responding professionally to customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement growth strategies and campaigns, converting concepts into tangible results.
- Coordinate efforts with internal departments and external collaborators, ensuring timely completion of initiatives while taking responsibility for outcomes.
- Identify and onboard astrologers, influencers, and content creators, managing these partnerships to build sustainable collaborations that expand reach and credibility.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for a remote internship starting between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026.
- Commitment to the full 3-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant communication and organizational skills suitable for customer service and partnership management.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Fluency in spoken and written English as well as spoken Hindi.
Additional Information
- The stipend ranges from INR 12,001 to INR 17,001 per month, plus an incentive of INR 1 per month.
