About the internship
About the Internship
The intern will be responsible for evaluating online tutoring sessions to assess teaching quality, ensuring high standards of delivery through detailed session reviews. Key tasks include identifying issues related to content explanation, student engagement, session length, and technology glitches. The intern will provide actionable and constructive feedback to the tutors to enhance their performance, respond to tutor inquiries about quality benchmarks, and uphold platform standards. Maintaining and updating daily records using Google Sheets and assisting with quality measurement reports and follow-ups comprise integral parts of the role.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 3 months.
- Internship should commence between September 30 and November 4, 2026.
- Open to students pursuing graduation or graduates from any discipline.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Final-year students must provide a No Objection Certificate from their institution.
