Join Erino as a QA Testing intern where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-powered CRM platform designed to enhance small business growth. You will engage in understanding product requirements and user behavior, crafting and executing various test procedures, and collaborating closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze product specifications, user interactions, and edge cases to guide testing strategies
Develop and implement comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and checklists
Conduct functional, regression, user interface, and exploratory testing to uncover defects
Systematically document bugs with clear instructions to reproduce
Verify bug fixes and confirm stability before releases
Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and designers
Approach testing tasks with an end-user perspective beyond checklists

Who Can Apply

Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore
Must be able to commence between 16th September 2026 and 21st October 2026
Commitment to a 4-month internship duration is required
Applicants should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for QA testing
Computer Science Engineering students and freshers seeking employment opportunities are welcome

Skills and Expectations

Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Capability to create clear, well-structured test cases
Strong attention to detail combined with logical analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Positive attitude towards learning and ownership of tasks
Bonus Points: Prior QA internship experience, hands-on automation testing, and prior exposure to CRM, SaaS, or B2B software testing

Additional Information

Stipend ranging between ₹8,000 and ₹15,000 per month
Certificate of internship completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion
Potential job offer after internship, with a salary range of ₹300,000 to ₹600,000 annually upon permanent employment
Work schedule: 5 days a week
