About the Role
Prisms, a technology company with ventures in ed-tech and finance, seeks a Product Trainer Intern to assist schools in mastering the use of TopSchool ERP, a comprehensive school management system. This opportunity suits individuals passionate about teaching, technology, and effective communication. The intern will undergo product training and then independently lead training sessions for school personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions to school staff on the usage of TopSchool ERP.
- Clarify functionalities of various ERP components like Admissions, Attendance, Fees, Results, Timetable, Reports, Parent App, among others.
- Support product demonstration events aimed at prospective school clients.
- Guide teachers, administrative staff, and office workers in proficient software usage.
- Respond to basic user inquiries and liaise with the support team when necessary.
- Create straightforward training content, manuals, and instructional materials.
- Engage in follow-ups with schools to evaluate training and software utilization needs.
- Manage training calendars and document session details.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Comfortable addressing groups through online platforms.
- Fundamental computer literacy.
- Experience or ease with digital communication tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong presentation and instructional abilities.
- Patience and clarity in explaining concepts.
- Enthusiasm for learning new software and grasping ERP module functions.
- Open to students and recent graduates.
- Preferred educational backgrounds include teaching, psychology, commerce, computer applications, management, or similar disciplines.
- Previous exposure to ERP, SaaS, CRM, school software, or customer support is advantageous but not required.
