Join IDE Host, an innovative AI SaaS startup, as a Product Management & Growth Intern working remotely. This role involves collaborating closely with the founders to drive the development and growth of PanelReady, an AI-driven interview preparation platform. You will engage directly with potential users and partners to grasp their needs, conduct market analysis, gather feedback, and help convert insights into product improvements and growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery and research potential user problems.
- Engage with stakeholders through client interactions and outreach efforts.
- Analyze market opportunities relevant to AI-powered interview readiness tools.
- Translate user feedback into actionable product ideas and growth experiments.
- Craft persuasive product presentations to stakeholders and potential partners.
- Test and validate new opportunities to accelerate early-stage product development.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants should be proactive, curious, and possess strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities. Comfort in interacting with new contacts and working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
