About the Internship
This opportunity offers hands-on experience in crafting and developing innovative products tailored for paper crafting, scrapbooking, and creative DIY markets. As an intern, you will be involved in designing unique product concepts and translating them into practical, manufacturable prototypes using advanced 3D modeling tools such as Rhino and Blender.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of novel craft and DIY product ideas.
- Build 3D models and shape product frameworks in Rhino and Blender.
- Investigate various styles, shapes, and artistic methods specific to paper crafting and DIY products.
- Advance initial concepts into functional prototypes.
- Focus on product designs especially made for paper crafting and scrapbooking.
- Test diverse structures, folding techniques, forms, and mechanical features.
- Refine and adjust designs to fulfill prototyping and manufacturing criteria.
- Collaborate closely with product development and production teams to ensure feasibility of designs into real products.
- Help in preparing design files and documents needed for manufacturing.
- Bring forward creative suggestions for new product ideas and design trends.
Applicant Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Should begin the internship between August 31st and October 5th, 2026.
- Must be able to commit to the entire 2-month internship period.
- Possess relevant skill set and interest aligned with product design.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience using Rhino and/or Blender software.
- Express interest in paper crafting, DIY products, stationery, or creative product design areas.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
