About the Role

Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited, a seasoned recruitment company with over 17 years in the industry and operations in 25+ cities across India, is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join their team in Pune or Mumbai. This is an in-office, full-time internship position offering practical experience in digital advertising and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads to increase site traffic and conversions.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance using various metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
• Perform keyword research and analyze competitors to boost the efficiency of campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports highlighting key indicators to the marketing team.
• Work closely with marketing colleagues to craft innovative approaches for audience engagement.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the digital marketing landscape.
• Assist in additional marketing projects and initiatives when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and MS Excel.
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing, with a desire to learn and improve skills in a dynamic environment.
• Availability for a full-time internship lasting three months starting immediately, based in Pune or Mumbai offices.
