Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will join a vibrant team to gain practical experience in digital marketing. You will contribute to the development and management of marketing campaigns, analyze their effectiveness, and support creative and optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of performance marketing initiatives on social media platforms, email channels, and search engines.
- Evaluate campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Perform market research to detect trends and identify growth opportunities within digital marketing.
- Work closely with creative teams to craft engaging advertising content that appeals to the target market.
- Track and report campaign progress to senior staff, offering actionable insights.
- Assist in applying A/B testing techniques to enhance campaign outcomes and boost conversion rates.
- Keep abreast of current developments and best practices in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months.
- Availability to commence the internship between October 24, 2026, and November 28, 2026.
- Applicants should reside in or near the following areas: Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Virar, Vashi, Vasai, Mira Bhayandar, Nala Sopara, Borivali Tarf Rahur, Vasai-Virar, or Bandra.
- Possession of relevant skills and a keen interest in performance marketing is essential.
