About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in clinical trials and research, engaging interns in various aspects of clinical study processes. Selected interns will assist in interpreting clinical trial protocols and objectives while supporting the organization and upkeep of research documentation.
They will gain exposure to clinical trial phases, study designs, and methodologies, including reviewing crucial trial documents and ensuring accurate record maintenance. The internship also involves understanding informed consent procedures and participant-related documentation. Interns will learn and apply Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards alongside research ethics to ensure compliance.
Additional responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, gathering clinical research information, and managing study trackers, documentation logs, and progress reports.

- Freshers pursuing or having completed degrees such as B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc., M.Sc., Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related Life Sciences courses are eligible.
- No prior work experience is necessary.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences or clinical research is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel, is required.
- Good communication, organizational, and documentation capabilities are preferred.
- Willingness to learn about clinical trial protocols, GCP principles, and research documentation is essential.
- Availability throughout the entire remote internship period is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
- The monthly stipend ranges from ₹2,000 to ₹7,700, with a fixed pay component of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 and additional incentives between ₹1,000 and ₹2,700.
- Interns receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation post-completion.
- Flexible working hours with a five-day workweek.
