Operations Trainer Internship

About the Role

Delhivery, India's leading e-commerce enablement company, is seeking dedicated Operations Trainer interns to join their team. The internship offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to multiple operational training facets spanning first mile to last mile delivery processes. Interns will engage in comprehensive training design, delivery, and evaluation that supports the growth of people capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee training programs related to operations functions such as first mile, mid mile, last mile, Full Truck Load (FTL), and Less Than Truck Load (LTL) operations.
• Deliver scheduled curriculum, induction sessions, and performance metric training for various roles.
• Identify training needs by analyzing skill gaps and facility requirements.
• Develop, implement, and assess training initiatives that foster organizational capabilities.
• Ensure effective implementation of training activities through a network of 300+ operations coaches.
• Lead the Delhivery Academy training team, driving trainers to meet organizational KPIs.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for both onsite and virtual training covering resources, calendars, venues, facilitators, and materials.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of training sessions.
• Deliver face-to-face and online training efficiently within allocated time and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training with business goals.
• Regularly evaluate training program outcomes to improve effectiveness.
• Oversee on-the-job coaching focused on operational metrics to enhance performance across multiple operational domains including returns and fulfillment.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) by analyzing learner engagement and outcomes, implementing enhancements as needed.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions effectively to onboard new staff.
• Communicate with business leaders and stakeholders for operational knowledge gathering.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the Delhivery Academy head.
• Travel extensively across India to multiple Delhivery sites as required.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners including regional heads, content teams, tech support, and e-learning providers.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be available for full-time in-office internship at locations in Lonar or Tauru, India.
• Internship must start between September 16 and October 21, 2026, lasting for three months.
• Relevant skills and interests aligned with the role are essential.

Additional Information

• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month.
• Number of open positions: 5.
• Interns are expected to travel frequently across various company facilities nationwide.
• Upon successful completion, interns may receive a job offer.
