About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience with the operations of a Mumbai-based e-commerce startup specializing in handloom woven products. The selected intern will engage in multiple facets of customer service and operational coordination, providing essential support to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Addressing customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
• Updating and maintaining customer records within CRM systems.
• Monitoring and following up on customer orders, delivery progress, and feedback.
• Collecting post-purchase customer feedback to enhance service quality.
• Tracking and managing daily order fulfillment, including dispatch status and delivery updates.
• Collaborating closely with operations and warehouse teams to meet order-related requirements.
• Detecting and reporting delayed or problematic orders for timely resolution.
• Maintaining accurate operational documentation via Excel or Google Sheets trackers.
• Organizing operational paperwork and supporting routine administrative functions.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of pending tasks.
• Serving as a liaison between CRM, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers and college students with relevant skills and interests.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Organized, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Eagerness to learn and accept responsibility for tasks assigned.
• Competent with basic computer applications and communication tools like WhatsApp and email.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments within set deadlines.
• Applicants must be based in Mumbai and available full-time onsite for a 4-month internship starting immediately within the specified window.
