Join Nae Skincare Private Limited as an Operations intern, where you'll contribute to the smooth running of daily business activities within a vibrant and fast-moving environment. This role offers a chance to assist and optimize core operational processes to ensure efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inventory control and monitor product shipment status regularly.
- Engage with suppliers and vendors to confirm prompt supply deliveries.
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation leveraging MS Word and MS Excel tools.
- Assist the Operations team with data collection, analysis, and reporting functions.
- Work on refining operational procedures to boost overall team efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain clear communication channels between internal teams and external business partners.
- Provide innovative suggestions to enhance operational effectiveness and business performance.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office suite including MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong written English communication ability.
- Detail-focused, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple assignments.
- Experience or familiarity with digital platforms such as Shopify, Shiprocket, Excel, or Google Sheets is advantageous.
- Interest in e-commerce sectors including D2C operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Eager to explore and apply AI tools and other tech-driven methods within operations.
- Comfortable using laptops and dashboards to manage data and processes.
- Should be based in Indore and committed to working on-site full time during the internship period.

- Stipend range offered: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month.
