About the Internship
Join SmartEd Innovations as an Operations Intern, where you will play a crucial role in streamlining daily operations, keeping all activities coordinated, and ensuring effective communication within the company. This role focuses on handling operational workflows to support various teams and ensure smooth functioning of organizational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operational tasks and assist with team coordination efforts.
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and operational data regularly.
- Collaborate and coordinate with teams such as Sales, Human Resources, Academics, and others.
- Manage student onboarding processes, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Keep track of pending tasks and operational requests to facilitate timely completion.
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly MIS reports with relevant updates.
- Identify issues within operations and contribute to their resolution promptly.
- Recommend and assist in enhancing process efficiencies and workflow improvements.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Team Lead.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available for full-time, in-office internship engagement.
- Internship start date should be between October 22, 2026 and November 26, 2026.
- Availability for the entire 6-month internship duration is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
