About the Internship
Join House of Student, a leading global student housing platform established in 2009, as an Operations Intern based in Gurgaon, Haryana. This role offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day booking operations and collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless backend activities supporting student accommodations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily booking management and backend operational processes.
- Liaise with Sales, Partnerships, and Product departments to communicate booking-related updates and requirements.
- Maintain, update, and accurately track booking records and operational data.
- Manage booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and follow-up communication.
- Ensure booking details are consistently accurate and reflected across internal platforms.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and coordinate with relevant teams to achieve timely closure.
- Generate regular Excel reports, perform data verifications, and support various operational activities.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets with strong data management skills.
- Effective communicator with excellent coordination capabilities.
- Demonstrates a proactive and energetic work approach.
- Strong attention to detail and adept at juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working with backend data and processes.
- Capable of collaborating productively with diverse internal teams.
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Additional Information
- Internship stipend ranges from INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month.
- Work schedule is five days a week.
- A certificate of completion will be provided upon internship conclusion.
- On successful transition to a permanent position, anticipated annual salary ranges from INR 400,000 to 550,000.
