About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience managing the entire customer journey on a hospitality booking platform. The intern will handle customer and hotel partner escalations through calls and emails, ensuring prompt grievance resolution. Responsibilities include reconverting potential customers who halted their booking and assisting them in completing their reservations. The intern will also coordinate with hotel partners to maintain accurate booking records, facilitating smooth customer interactions. Additionally, supporting inbound requests from hoteliers to activate and list their properties on the platform will be part of the role.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must commit to a full-time, in-office internship schedule.
• Availability to start between October 8, 2026, and November 12, 2026, is mandatory.
• Applicants should be willing to engage for a full six-month duration.
• Relevant skills and interests in operations and hospitality are required.

Compensation & Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 12,000.
• Opportunity to obtain a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
• Work schedule consists of five days per week.
• Casual dress code is encouraged within the workplace.
