About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience working with scientific instruments at M19-Material Intelligence Lab, a pioneering startup in India focused on developing in-house scientific lab instruments for advanced materials research. The intern will engage in prototype development, instrument assembly, product assembly, and quality control. You will also execute laboratory testing in line with established procedures and assist in the regular maintenance and quality checks of laboratory equipment.

Who Can Apply

The opportunity is open to Mechanical Engineering students who can commit full-time onsite availability. Candidates must be ready to begin their internship between September 11, 2026, and October 16, 2026, and be available for a 6-month duration. Applicants should possess the relevant skills and a strong interest in the field.

M19-Material Intelligence Lab is a unique Indian startup innovating indigenous scientific instruments that evaluate critical material properties such as airflow resistance, porosity, pore size, and water vapor transmission. Additional Information

• Stipend: INR 12,000 to 18,000 per month
