Emflux Motors Private Limited, a dynamic startup from Bengaluru, currently expanding its electric vehicle component manufacturing, invites applications for a full-time mechanical engineering internship at their Jambhe, Maharashtra location. The intern will engage in comprehensive product development tasks from design to production, gaining hands-on exposure to innovative EV technology.

Primary Duties

• Create and design innovative mechanical products aligned with company goals.
• Use simulation tools to enhance and streamline manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate effectively with external vendors to ensure smooth production cycles.
• Assist with tooling development phases and oversee execution aspects.
• Support all stages of the product development lifecycle, including conceptualization, prototyping, and final manufacturing.

Candidate Requirements

• Enrollment or graduation in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to commit to a 6-month full-time, on-site internship starting between August 17, 2026, and September 21, 2026.
• Strong interest and foundational skills in mechanical design and related fields.
• Curious mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Proactive attitude to self-learn and manage tasks independently, including vendor coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 20,000.
• Certification and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
