Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to conduct comprehensive market research focused on digital marketing agencies in Pune and develop business partnerships. The intern will perform daily visits to agencies, engage with decision-makers, and present the company's AI automation platform while identifying business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth research to identify digital marketing firms and prospective partners within Pune.
- Visit agencies regularly to assess their business requirements and introduce AI-driven automation solutions.
- Gather and manage contact data of potential partners and key decision-makers using spreadsheets for accurate record-keeping.
- Utilize online platforms like LinkedIn and company websites to generate leads and explore partnership potentials.
- Assist the business development team with outreach initiatives, follow-ups, and expanding market reach.
- Maintain professional communication with agency stakeholders during face-to-face and remote discussions.
- Compile daily and weekly analytics reports on visits, contacts, interactions, lead generation, and subsequent action items.
- Study market trends, competitor strategies, customer demands, and identify growth opportunities across sectors.
- Help build and sustain an organized client and partner database.
- Assume responsibility for assigned research and development tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for full-time, onsite internship in Pune and able to start between October 5th and November 9th, 2026.
- The internship duration is six months, with candidates required to be based in Pune for daily travel to agency locations.
- Preference for candidates with skills and interests in market research, business development, B2B sales, and related areas.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory due to direct interaction with agency executives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹7,000–8,000 and variable incentives of ₹5,000–10,000.
- Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a five-day workweek.
