Ram Dayalu Singh Sustainable Development Foundation (RDSSDF) invites applications for a Marketing internship focusing on event coordination and outreach. This opportunity involves engaging with various stakeholders such as doctors, researchers, students, NGO workers, and regulators for planning, executing, and following up on events that promote sustainable development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and update lists of invitees and participants including professionals and students relevant to the event.
- Distribute invitations and send reminders through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp, managing responses and confirmations.
- Communicate joining instructions to virtual attendees and respond to their queries.
- Coordinate with the core team to prepare and monitor checklists and timelines for logistics, speaker arrangements, and materials.
- Oversee onsite registrations, welcome participants, and provide guidance during events.
- Support virtual attendees by facilitating their connection and channeling their questions accordingly.
- Assist speakers and the Patron’s office with hospitality needs and maintaining session schedules.
- Maintain attendance records and track follow-up requests from the event.
- Send appreciation notes after the event, gather feedback, and develop a concise event report for internal use.
- Organize reimbursement documentation with all relevant bills.

- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-person internship of 2 months duration.
- Internship start date should fall between October 8, 2026, and November 12, 2026.
