About the Internship

Join Unity Small Finance Bank Limited as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in various business management facets. You'll focus on analyzing data, funnel conversions across channels, and executing cross-selling projects to boost Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets across multiple products. Your role will also include maintaining governance and policy compliance, generating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, engaging in business reviews, and participating in partner discussions.

This internship requires a strong understanding of product dynamics, business operations, and customer perspectives to extract key business insights and spearhead projects based on those analyses. Collaboration and stakeholder management are critical as you will coordinate with internal teams across the bank and financial firm as well as external vendors and partners.

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will work closely with teams in partnerships, marketing, branch operations, and project leadership. You will be responsible for operational tasks such as handling invoicing and payout processes, updating business trackers, monitoring lead generation and complaints, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), preparing review presentations, and managing audit submissions.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be available to intern full-time on-site.
• Internship start date should be between 21st September 2026 and 26th October 2026.
• Must commit to a 6-month internship duration.
• Applicants should possess relevant marketing and sales skills and interests.

• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
